 Preparation method: -


 It is very easy to make this remedy today, so first, you have to put it in a gas container.  Take a cup of water with it, you will lightly heat the water.  Now that the water has become our boiler, now we pour that water into a cup.  For this you will need a second piece of lemon, first, you cut the lemon and take the seeds out of it.  Then add a teaspoon or two teaspoons of lemon juice.

 Lemons are very beneficial for releasing problems like your gas immediately.  Now your third and final item is baking soda.  It can be found in your kitchen very easily, otherwise, you can easily find it in any grocery store.  Add a teaspoon of baking soda to that drink.  When you add sweet soda or baking soda to it, you will see that it will start to crack.

 Consumption method: -


 You should drink this drink slowly as you drink sip by sip tea.  As long as you drink it, your gas will be released immediately.  It is a very old and very wonderful home remedy.  Take it and try to get your stomach gas released in 3-4 minutes.  The stomach will relax and you will also feel very relaxed.  You have to take it once, you know the difference.


This is a home remedy: Cumin seeds are the best medicines for any illness related to the stomach. You can chew and eat raw cumin (one teaspoon) first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.


Or you can boil them in water add little milk and sugar for taste. Drink this first thing in the morning and last thing at the night. I have followed this for a week, I did not have to take any extra medication.

A food diary:-


a food diary for people who don't know what is resulting in a problem. If you get stomach pain suddenly anytime, then retain a chart where you can write what foods are you consuming, and if after eating those foods you underwent any distress you'll know what not to eat subsequent moment.


Then comes general home cures which will boost digestion and might be able to deal with many problems in the stomach.

Peppermint, chamomile is also a big herb and their teas can be very helpful as well.


You can try seizing some ajwain or carom seeds and eat them with some water ( not too much though as they have a hectic impact n the body )
